Yoga has been practiced for millennia, and so many great books and thinkers have expounded its virtues.
As well as the potential benefits to physical health through exercise, the journey with yoga only begins here. For me, yoga is a continuous enquiry into ourselves and the connections between all of us and the world around. Through understanding the breath and by being a compassionate witness to how our body behaves, somehow a deeper understanding evolves. I find with time, the mind becomes clearer and more agile enabling us to respond to change with equanimity.
